You may use PDF AIOPEN to process PDF and document files you own or have the legal right to process. You may NOT use our service to process files that contain illegal content, infringe on copyrights, violate privacy laws, or that you do not have authorization to use.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the legal right to process it. You agree not to upload malware, illegal content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our service.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your files. PDF AIOPEN does not claim ownership of uploaded content. Our website design, branding, and software are owned by AIOPEN.CLOUD and protected by copyright law.
5. Free Service Limitations
The free plan is provided "as is" with no SLA guarantee. We reserve the right to limit usage, change features, or discontinue the free plan with reasonable notice. File size and processing limits apply as stated on our website.
6. Premium Subscriptions
Premium plans are billed as stated. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PDF AIOPEN is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, perfect conversion quality, or suitability for any specific purpose. Use professional review for critical legal, medical, or financial documents.
8. Limitation of Liability
AIOPEN.CLOUD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PDF AIOPEN. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email (if registered) or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
